What's great and what's not

The location is convenient, with a tram just outside, and the hotel offers really good breakfast options with good morning dishes and delicious coffee. The common areas are well-maintained.

Unfortunately, the internet connection was spotty. The parking situation was rather tricky, as the garage was narrow, which could be stressful when maneuvering in and out.

Everything was wonderful, phenomenal staff, particularly good views of the garden. I was there for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant with a fantastic breakfast buffet. Nice services were available. Thanks God, free Wi-Fi was ok, you can use it throughout the property. The room was stunning and the location marvellous and perfect, to walk along the river. Greatly enjoyed my stay, had a really great experience...

Heidelberg vibes and lekker brekkie 🍽️

Ag man, the brekkie was a proper dik feast, and the staff were super friendly. Our bed was so flippin' comfy, had the best sleep ever. Plus, the quietness around was just what we needed after a busy day.

Only thing is, the parking garage was a bit tight, made getting in and out a mission.

Excellent, absolutely kind staff towards all guests. A terrace and coffee available in the superior queen room. Private parking nearby provided.

I greatly enjoyed its reasonably good employees.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was stylish and spotlessly clean, had incredibly beautiful views, favourable location near city center. The rooms were new-fashioned, huge, and the beds were comfortable. The amenities included a mini-fridge-bar, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk. Location: the venue was very close to a cafe nearby, and the 'quiet' courtyard-church. There was an attached restaurant nearby. Food was outstanding and I have nothing but really good memories from this trip.

Consider requesting a room away from the road for a quieter stay, especially if you prefer a peaceful atmosphere.

Nice modern rooms, nice breakfast

Do not try the parking below the hotel if you have a tall car (Nissan Qashqai is too tall). Request for the parking in the building next to it. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the start of the city center. It takes 10 more to get to the real nice area.

The rooms are great-sized and functional here with balcony and 2 separate beds, for instance.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the old town and main train station. Our room wasnice and neat, perfect for a good rest after a long day of riding. The parking garage was secure and easily accommodated our bikes too.

While noise was minimal, the sound from the shower in the room above was occasionally distracting.

Excellent hotel, walking distance from the Alt-Stadt. Nice rooms with great bathing facilities. Fine breakfast. Highly recommanded.

It was a pleasant stay with a very good value for money, excellent in every way, not far from city center, excellent restaurant. Highly recommended!
